I think it's because they added the zipper lol.
Also, where is the black/pink bandana on TW (TWE has it, TW does not).
AND TWE polos have no RF logo and are 25$ less...
Why don't they do that in the US....

Because even at $90, there will be people who are still willingly to pay for it. I agree that the price is ridiculous but there is still demand for them.
