WHAT IS LLEYTON HEWITT'S 2004 RACQUET, STRING, BAG, AND ANKLE BRACES, AND HAS ANYONE NOTICED THAT YONEX HAS NOT CHANGED THEIR WEBSITE IN ABOUT A YEAR?

Well, it's still whatever his old racquet was, SRD Tour 90 or something. It's painted to be an RDX 500, but it's not. His string is a Luxilon/Nat Gut hybrid, I think the guy is in the mains. I really don't know though.

The braces he uses, i believe, are called Kallassy. They are the same ones Chang used for the majority of his career, and i think now Roddick is using them as well. They come in white, or black.

I am assuming that he uses Babolat gut. VS and not Tonic+.

don't know his tension, but i thought he used an all bab vs gut string job in his srd tour 90.

Hewitt is using BB ALU in crosses at 55lbs.....He used to string his frames 58lbs all gut. Search for a post titled 'Is this True' and you will see what LH used in a tournament earlier in the year.

Yonex web site

You're right about the Yonex web page. Talk about a company that doesn't main its site. Pro Kennex is just as bad. They don't even include the PSE racquets or the new Core players frames.

ASO ankle brace

Andy Roddick wears the ASO ankle brace. You can see the brace clearly on the March Tennis issue. I heard today that Lleyton HEWITT is now wearing the ASO ankle brace as well. Can anybody confirm which ankle brace Hewitt now wears?

Yonex is to Japan as Wilson is to the US. Their Japanese website is updated almost daily from the latest up and coming player they just signed to new clothing lines they are putting out. If you actually go to Japan, you can find Yonex in almost any retailer, just like you can find Wilson and Prince in low-end offerings like Wal-Mart or K-Mart to higher-end sporting goods stores like Sports Authority or Oshman's.

A friend of mine, who was stringing at the Stockholm open last year said Hewitt was not playing with Vcore 95. His frame was most likely the RDiS 100 mid with Vcore 95 paint job.
