I'd follow TW instruction. I didn't buy Nike but I follow the instruction for New Balance and it works out fine. No issue what soever. Below is what for your Nike. Good luck!

Nike Procedure:
For an explanation of the guidelines for returning Nike shoes, contact Nike Consumer Affairs at 1-800-344-6453. They will give you a claim number which you will need when sending in your shoes to:

Nike RLC
Attn: name of shoe
26755 SW 95th Ave.
Wilsonville, Oregon 97070

You can return to Nike or to TW. The official process is to return to Nike, but we will process it for you if it gets sent to us.

Thanks for your clarification Tiffani. Now I know of another good service provided by TW.

MATEO2020,

You can get store credit for the shoes and as long as most the credit goes towards shoes, you can pick out one of those shoes. However, it does void any further durability guarantees on the pair purchased with credit.

Does this also apply to addidas? Can we send them back directly to TW?
I sent my Addidas Barricades back to Addidas as per the instructions on your site, and I have not seen hide nor hair of the replacement pair. Its been about a month.

Hey TW...two quick questions on this.

I purchased a pair of CB 3.3s back in December. They were on sale for $60 and the toe is completely worn through. I am about to send them back, however, I'm on the fence as far as sending them through you or Nike.

1 - Is there any difference in warranty replacement value if I return them through you or through Nike? In other words, will Nike give me a full replacement cost voucher (around $120), but TW only credit me what I paid, which was $60?
2 - If I go through TW, is my warranty a TW credit? Or is the voucher forwarded to me?

Thanks.

In my experience, even with a discounted invoice, Nike still sends back a full value (MSRP) voucher. I haven't processed a return through Nike for quite a while now, though. Maybe someone can give some more recent anecdotal evidence.

McLovin,

In this case, since your shoes are no longer available, you would be issued a TW credit to use on a different pair of shoes for the value of what you paid for the shoes.

We cannot guarantee what Nike will do in this circumstance and would suggest contact their customer service with any detailed questions at 1(800)806-6453.

I hope this is helpful.
