Can you use HTML in 'Customer Feedback' on TW?

I find the format there often looks like one long, running sentence, and a bit difficult to read.

Since the is no 'preview' feature, I was curious if a basic HTML format would work, i.e. breaks, bold, etc.

All of the feedback gets edited and is thrown into a format that uses HTML, so yes, you can go ahead and submit your feedback with basic HTML. However, because it does get edited, it can get changed around to stay consistent with the look we have for the customer feedback section.
