Getting tight now. I certainly trust Augusto more in this situation than I do Weigel so I think we can clinch it there before 5 and 6 get out of hand

Good win today. Killer loss for NC State. The key heat was avoiding a bad loss, keeping the record clean of any bad blemishes. Harrington gets a good routine win over #47 Powell. Harrington with you much firepower there. Worrisome to see 5 and 6 get beat so easily however.

Wake Forest has been struggling. Faced a match point vs a not very good Georgia Tech team. That doesn't mean tomorrow's match will be easy. I still fully expect Wake's best shot. It'll be interesting if Bresky keeps Lee and 3. That would avoid another round of Maden vs Lee, the classic bad blood match.

I'm nervous about the match today. Would be a good win away from home. Need Dudley to step up at 6 and capitalize on Wake's weakness there. It's time he gets a good win.

They are playing indoors and have video - I put the link up on the live scoring page. You have to be a subscriber but it's pretty cheap.

Wake gets a good service return and Clemson's guy sailed it long on the next shot so Wake takes the double point

That was a waste of money. Augusto looked dreadful in that last set.

And they won't even play it out do Maden don't get a good ranked win. C'mon

Clemson is being greatly helped by FSU, Texas Tech, SC and Miami's rises in the rankings. Need to hope for even more rise by teams like UNCW, Ole Miss, Auburn, NC State to boost those points more. And avoid a loss to Virginia Tech or Georgia Tech. Then maybe maybe Clemson could snatch 16. Because the remaining losses would barely hurt against UVA,Duke and UNC.

nc state and ole miss will not move up the rankings anymore..uncw should also not get ahead cause of scheduling

The UVA ACC win streak has to end sometime right. Why not tomorrow in Clemson South Carolina? I don't know what genius set the 11am start time, basically ensuring that 0 fans go. Next year why not play them at 5am on a Wednesday just for fun?

Harrington up an early break on Domijan. Harrington gave Domijan a helluva match in Charlottesville last year. Maden was up 2-0 on Shane but its now 3-2 Shane.

Could this really be coming down a 3rd set on court 2? As of right now that's what it looks like. But I'm not counting out Domijan yet of course.

Maden up 2-1 in the 3rd. That may be a break since Shane led 1-0 or it could be getting back on serve.

Harrington up 5-4 in 1st. Can he sneak a break here and take it 6-4 6-4?

Johnson ahead 2-1 in the 5th
