We haven't played for a few months but i think i can beat him now hhehehe ;)

He hasnt been playing competitively for a while

Seriously man, take him with you and he will be like your Best buddie/ male slave for rest of your life. you do know Novak is his favorite player.

and Matt is at least 5.0 player. Are you also 5.0-5.5 ? your video don't look like it, that forehand landed in Yellow stone park..............:)

That's some awesome forehand you have. I think Novak is in trouble. He might be embarrassed if you outhit him from the forehand side.........lol

Can you ask Novak for some US open tickets while at it ? are you staying around to watch the Open ?

This video could GO Viral. and the entire world will know the true talent of Marina high tennis. AsK novak to give you a game. That could send fear into your opponents in club tennis for next 4 years. You guys could win the Nationals.

Heck, UCSB Varsity team may ask you to play for them......this could be BIG

If Novak really goes all out, he may not get a point. Best thing to do is ask him to take it easy at the start and throw him a game. That could do wonders for the confidence and he might even make the UCSB varsity team.

Ivan Lendl did a similar contest when he was #1 in the world

Years ago when Ivan Lendl was in his prime, he had a similar contest. Except this dude amateur that won the contest had a surprise.
He turned out to be a D2 College tennis player.

They played regular tiebreaker,,,,Except ONE catch. Amateur dude was Given 5-0 start to the tiebreaker. Guess What happened ? They played for real, of course.

Lendl wins 8-6

What happened is this. Ivan lendl started down 0-5 in the tiebreaker against this amateur. But then Ivan came all the back and rolled off 6 points in a row. Went up 6-5. Now what ?

Well on the next point, this amateur dude actually hit a Inside In forehand into Lendl's forehand corner for a winner.

Then on the next point, he got a short ball to his forehand and hit a perfect approach shot into Lendl's backhand. You think he got the point...................Nope. Lende runs over there and hit a PERFECT slice lob. Amateur dude did his best to run it down but couldn't put in it play. SO Lendle goes up 7-6.
Now, it is Lendl's serve....................... BOOM, 124 MPH serve out wide into the backhand corner. Clean ACE. Lendl's wins 8-6.

Commnentator didn't like the ACE. he thought Lendl should have just rolled in the 2nd serve and played that point out. But this is Lendl we are talking about.....................LOL

@Mr.Lob: I have a youtube channel an HEAD asked me to review their racket (Graphene Speed) since they saw I was using their rackets in their video. So I did a very honest one stating how I didn't like it and how I switched to the IG Speeds now. I posted the video of me playing and viola.

Pretty much impossible, I would think. But yeah, try to hit your biggest shot into the open court and see if he can cover it with time to spare.

You need to make it play out like the first Rocky film. Train using montages of raw egg drinks, stadium stair running and beef punching until you manage to take a set off of him!

Joking aside, I'd ask him to go 100% for some of the points, after having got a few rallies in to draw the session out, as it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to see what it takes to be the world #1 coming off of a recent Wimbledon win.

Ha! I would bet this is because of his poor showing on the hard courts the past few weeks - probably in no mood for promos. Stakes are too high at the US Open. Indian Wells is super laid back for an ATP tourney.
