2nd attempt at this thread after the 1st one got wiped away.

Alex Giannini transferred from Pepperdine to Pacific.

I also saw where Pedro Leme and Russell Evangelista aren't showing on Pepperdine's current roster either. Leme is the only 1 of the 3 that saw significant playing time last year.

From ZooTennis:

Kelsey Laurente is leaving Miami for Oklahoma State.

Ellie Yates is leaving Southern California for Vanderbilt.

Rachael James-Baker is transferring from North Carolina State to Baylor.

Viktoria Kisialeva is leaving Baylor for Penn State, as is Arkansas's Kimberley-Ann Surin.

Skylar Kuykendall is transferring from Memphis to LSU.

And, as previously announced, Martin Redlicki has been released from his National Letter of Intent at Duke and will enroll at UCLA.

Victor Cornea is transferring from Middle Tennessee State to Florida. The article mentions who is coming back and whatnot and it does not mention Spencer Newman so I guess his eligibility is done after an up and down stay in Gainesville.

This is a nice pickup for LSU as Daigle will have an immediate impact. It's not like Louisiana is going to produce loads of top D1 tennis talent, so when they have a home grown kid, they need to start keeping these kids in state. With the new tennis complex and indoor facility being built, LSU will stand a better chance of keeping future top La. juniors at home.

Good move for Daigle supposing that he wants to be a full time starter. UVA is a great school and tennis program, but he's not the first top junior to have trouble breaking into that starting lineup. The number of top Louisiana kids that can actually contribute at a LSU coming out of HS is low, agreed. But keeping them home is even tougher. While LSU is in the catbird seat, the competition is hot. They have the Texas schools, and the rest of the SEC breathing down their neck. I know the former Tulane coach and he could almost never get a homegrown Louisiana kid. Said that if they were looking at LSU or to the SEC it was over. Keeping kids home sounds easy on paper, but it's a fight for the top ones. I'm sure that if a kid is considered by LSU, he's being heavily recruited by other top schools.

This isn't a transfer but top 10 ITF junior Cameron Norrie who was committed to Michigan has flipped to TCU - nice get for TCU and a tough loss for Michigan - article

Not sure if any of these guys will end up elsewhere or not but they are no longer on the team's roster for the coming year

Texas Tech: Maxime Hinnisdaels, Johann Willems, Andre Napolitano
TCU: Andres Alfonzo, Jhonatan Gonzalez

UVA and Miami both lost quality players this summer. They transferred out of conference probably because the ACC rules dictate a player must sit out a year if they transfer within conference.

Crossing my fingers and hoping that Rachel Pierson did not really transfer from UVa to Texas A&M. She is listed on the UVa roster that was just released, and Texas A&M has not posted a roster yet.

She is at A&M as she was on the A&M press release, huge gets for A&M

Aws Laaribi transferred from Wake Forest to Penn State - article. Laaribi went 14-10 overall last year and 7-6 in duals playing mostly at 5 and 6.

That's too bad for Wake. I thought Laarbi looked pretty good at 5/6 singles and would likely play the same positions again this year.

Penn State's coach was previously the head coach at Wake. I wonder if scholarship money had anything to go with the transfer, as Wake lost one scholarship player but brought 2 in. Having only 4.5 ships must be really tough for coaches and players.

After reading your post, I went to the UVA site. The roster they posted strikes me as odd for a couple of reasons.
First, I know R Pierson has transferred after getting her release in early June, so it's strange she is listed.
Second, they don't include this year's incoming first year player(s). Checking tennisrecruiting.net, there is one player listed for this year.
Third, even with the addition of that player, Mark has a roster of six. In the recent past he has gone nine or ten deep with real talent. I can't believe he's planning on going to war with just six players. I expect two more players to be added and I'm curious to see where they end up coming from.

I either read it here or heard it somewhere. But, Skylar Morton is supposed to be headed to Virginia.

Don't sweat the rosters just yet. I saw a transfer player listed on two rosters as of two days a ago and was just removed from the school she left yesterday. Also saw a graduate student finally removed from a recently updated roster two days ago. I hope that player gets cleared for another year. The rosters will settle out here over the next few weeks.

This happened a few weeks back but I just saw it - David Fox transferred from Middle Tennessee State to Denver. Fox went 10-10 last year splitting time at 1 and 2. So in a matter of a few weeks MTSU has had 2 of its top 3 transfer out.

Utah State added 2 transfers - Karan Salwan from UNC-Wilmington and Jack Swindells from Morehead State. Swindells played #1 at Morehead going 9-11 while Salwan played in 4 matches at the bottom of the lineup for UNCW going 1-3 - article

Markus Kerner transferred from Tennessee to SMU after just 1 year in Knoxville. Kerner went 10-7 in the dual season including 9-3 at #6 although he was 0-4 overall against SEC competition and finished the year losing 7 of 8.

Well the nice 2012 recruiting class (Bogaerts, Angus, Vinti, Dumont) that Mississippi State brought in has officially been completely disbanded. The last holdover, Jordan Angus, has left State and is now at San Diego.

Arkansas had 3 transfer in for the coming year - Austin Robles who was at Arky as a freshmen before transferring to UT Arlington for his sophomore year. He only saw action in 3 matches last year for UTA going 0-2 with 1 unfinished.

Ryan Hudelson comes in from Tyler CC - he was 14-2 playing mostly at 4.

William Albanese comes in from Miami FL - he went 10-8 in duals splitting time between 4 and 5.

Albanese is the only one who might get playing time, Hudelson had originally signed with Charlotte out of HS, before landing at TJC, he is a local AR product so makes sense to finish college in state.

UA also has a very good Italian eligible this year who was in the 700's ATP and another local AR kid Branch Terrell.

Morgan Mays, who is from Malibu and was a 5 star recruit in 2012, transferred from Wake Forest to UC Santa Barbara. Mays redshirted last year after playing sparingly the year before at 5 & 6.

i knew this since weeks..but is was not clear,so i did not told it to others..--. does not wanted to jinx a player, if it is not "official" to avoid any problems for the player.

i spoke to David Fox in End of May in my current home club, where he played two german league matches for my club in the 4th german league, and there he first told me that he is going to transfer to Denver.
Also i do not know what is going on at MTSU.

that could be a sad year for the bulldogs, also they rebrought some talent...
but i see them not winning anything right now
with
Lakat on top position and then haden, agarwal, schmid in the middle of the lineup
Cash is talented but still young
Estevarena will be easily in Top6
i do not know Mate cutura..just looked him up...decent junior with some results in pros...but nothing big..has not played 12 to 18 months..could give a solid college player..but nothing sec-special.-like?

Cutura was a top 10 JUCO player at Tyler Junior College in Texas. I'd think he'd probably play top 4 if not higher. He made it to the finals of the Longhorn Invitational last year beating Notre Dame's Ryan Bandy and Texas's George Goldhoff before losing in 3 sets to Adrien Berkowicz in the finals. He also made the finals of the Small College National Championships before falling 6-4 in the 3rd to Deni Zmak who gave both Andrew Harris and Marcos Giron all they wanted at the ITA National Indoors in New York.

Texas A&M have picked up James Martell from Tyler CC

I can't imagine he'd get any scholarship $$ or a spot in the top 8 of the lineup based off his results at Tyler. I was expecting to see a near undefeated record but he was just 10-10 playing at #3.

Maybe, maybe not. He's in state so may not need the tennis money. Then again maybe he has a tennis scholarship. The JUCO records are very incomplete. Martell played a good amount in the two slot and was the national champ at #1 doubles. He's a strong kid and I can see him starting in the doubles lineup.

Auburn got 2 transfers in - Marko Krickovic from Baylor and Maxime Hinnisdaels from Texas Tech. Krickovic didn't play last year, injury, after playing at 5 and 6 the year before when he went 12-6 in dual play. Hinnisdaels played at 4 and 5 last year going 10-10 in duals.

Any word in Michael Redlicki? He's not listed on the Duke roster anymore, and it's been updated for 14-15 to include Alvarez. It's been discussed several times that his brother is going to UCLA and he's already listed on their roster, but I've seen or heard nothing regarding Mike, other than one post on here that he was doing fine, but wasn't planning to play futures this past summer.

he needs a scholarship or almost a full scholarship and that may have not been available for him at other schools at this point. plus somehow maybe his motivation has declined or the reputation took a hit and it s harder for him to find an acceptable situation. it s a shame because he s an able player, just has some issues that are probably deeply personal

nice pickups for auburn, gives them some depth, krickovic is a nice pick if he is injury free
