I understand what you are saying muse but the shoulder healing will won't happen without surgery and if i were to do that then i would likely never start for my team. i'm doing fine, and take it on a day by day basis. I mainly want to get through the next couple of months of tennis.

can someone compare the two rackets for me... and recomend which one is better for me...i have an easternforehand and hit fairly flat shots but not super uber flat(more like aggressive)...two handed backhand which i play defensive and drive mostly... rate them on control power serve plow...

I can't decide between these to rackets... i currently play with the k six one 90 i have eastern forehand grip/ sometimes extreme eastern win points with my aggressive forehand(usually a flat ball) i hit a defensive backhand most of the time but i look for my forehand. want to work on driving...

I just want to know on the mens side who are the flattest hitting professionals? obviously they can do a lot of stuff and can hit any ball but someone like soderling comes to mind where he loves to hit flat!

So the rule of thumb is use as high as a SW as you possibly can. So most pro's use very high sw in teh like 370 or so...but which pro's use very low swingweights like 325ish...
