Dunlop Fort Clay vs Wilson Tour Red.

I'm thinking of buying a case of one or the other. Like the 4 ball cans for outdoors.

Anyone have experience?

I have forts. I hate Dunlop balls. They are like rocks that fluff up to the size grapefruits.

My current go to is the pro penn marathon. Best ball on the planet imo.

Don't know what happened to the US Opens but they are shot in 45 minutes now. They changed maybe two years ago.

I played a three set 3.5 level match two nights ago and noticed the same with the US Open balls. They used to last forever but felt almost dead after the match.

The Dunlop fort clay court ball is the finest ball available in the USA. The 4 ball can gives you 27-30 % more playing time. If they fluff up your courts are over watered-fire your maintenance staff. A close second is the Penn ATP clay court ball.

Maybe I will buy a can to try. Do you mean the propenn marathon or the old ATP?

I've noticed this too. By the 3rd set, there is noticably less bounce to the us open balls.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who has this complaint. A few years ago you could use them for 2-3 matches and think they were still brand new.

My son swears by the Penn ATPs. I get mine from COSTCO (Penn Chip)
