Here's my current list:
Turmeric 2-3 pills/day
Ginger Root 1-2 pills/day
Garlic 1/day
Krill Oil 1/day
B-12 1/day (I'm largely Vegan minus the Krill Oil)
Vitamin C 1/day

I just turned 40. I still try to eat a high nutrient diet with lots of greens, fruits, etc. but try to do everything possible to get an edge.

I have a carrot and an onion a day for my various vitamin and mineral needs. I have two almonds a day for protein and lots of dark chocolate for carbs.

I am a vegan too, except for the triple crème brie cheese I have with afternoon tea.

Currently I'm just taking time release melatonin. It works well, most of the time.

The times it doesn't work is when I'm payed a visit from a couple thug cats demanding a late night feeding. Well, thugs might be a bit harsh in description but they have their persuasive ways in getting me up and using the can opener.

How's the glucosamine been working for you?
I don't know if it makes any difference, but it's cheap and I figure it can't hurt. Maybe a 5% improvement. No way to tell if it's real or placebo.

The krill oil made the biggest difference. My LDL cholesterol went down 15 points.

I've tried Dona and Flexall...I think. Seemed to help a bit. My doctor gave me a coupon for "Move Free Ultra Triple Action". Out of samples. Only one small pill a day. May try it.

GABA?? For what? Surely not for anything related to the brain or nervous system, as it's a polar molecule that doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier. GABA in the nervous system is synthesized in place, from GHB

Possibly increases Hgh production.

I think that most of it is just placebo effect

Absolutely none in 70 years. However, just recently started taking Turmeric for knee swelling after 60 hours of singles and doubles play in 10 days on
my vacation. Seems to work swelling and pain receded.
