The tour and touch on individual players. Also, out of 10 for best performances for each Slam?

Most agree these years were not the greatest.

How is this bait gonna flow?

Probably Nadal inflated his stats since he had to beat the weakest competition of the 3.

Federer the most unlucky. Djokodal were winning easy slams after easy slams and Fed was forced to beat both of them at 38 to win Wimb. Unfair.

Not just the Slam finals though. For example, we can't ignore the Wimb 2018 SF.

2018 was barely better than 2017, if at all.

They were both really unmemorable seasons outside of Federer/Nadal AO 17 and Djokovic/Nadal Wim 18.
Nadal also won a 10th RG in 2017, pretty sure that was also a special moment. Especially given that he didn't win any slams for 3 years before that.

imo Dal padded it out the most in those years. added 2-3 slams without breaking a sweat vs real titans of the game like thiem

um

and the covid slams were a bit of a joke too. but what can you do? this isn't the first time a player has lucked out. fed played balaclava that one time and also cilic

Then why is mostly Djokovic criticized for inflating his stats?

I think it started cos he racked em up quickly in 15-16, and cos fedr and dal were kinda old then. But he at least played them for most of his titles which should be good enough for anyone sensible. you can only play who's in front of you so i hate weak era talk but come on even a weak era nut should see its rough to criticize someone for beating any version of federer for a title

But it was an objectively boring steamroll. Memorable and satisfying for Nadal fans, but not really good for tennis. Same reason I didn't bring up Roger finally regaining his Wimbledon crown and doing it in straight sets for the first time. Or even Novak actually winning the title in 2018, the semi-final was the big deal there.
