A Quick Question About Strings...

I just bought a reel of the 660 ft Gosen OG Micro 17. I was thinking about using this string as the mains for my raquet, and now i need to buy another reel for the crosses. Can anybody provide any suggestions on what reel i can buy (660 ft) that matches well with the Gosen OG Micro, and that is cheap as well? (30$ range)
Thanks

You should use micro as crosses and get a reel of gosen polylon ICE for the mains. Are you looking for durability or what? If you want feel, then you going to have to get sets of multi. It depends what you want!!!

I wasnt planning to hybrid because of durability, but more because of feel.

try a full job first...and see how you like it first.
I use gosen as a hybrid with gut in my main rackets, and in my other I have full gosen 17. During the fall winter I use full gosen, plays pretty well - except I only get about 4-10 hours out of it. For the price you can't beat the playability...

i definitely agree w/ you. i went from a reel of 17g babolat superfine play to a 16g reel of og micro....the durability of the OG micro doesnt even compare to the SFP. although they are different gauges, im very surprised by the playability and durability of this string. has more pop than the SFP and lasts way longer (i've hit w/ the 16g and it's nothing too special either imo..was about to snap very fast as well)
