Ok; maybe I'm being picky or anal here, but has anyone noticed that there are no color ways of Adidas shoes that match the new men's competition line? The problem is the "Mercury" color that is in all of the shirts and shorts. I have the Mercury/Ocean polo and the white/Mercury shorts, but none of the shoes seem to go with that color. TW or anyone: what shoes are you guys wearing with these clothes? BTW, I did notice that Bjorkman wears the Barricade II's in white/Ondex, and Coria wears the black Barricade III's...
Adidas competition line - a "matching" color quest

I've got 3 of the older Adidas competition shirts (white w/ light blue and navy blue, navy blue w/ white and light blue, black w/ white and green) and the new ocean and mercury comp 5 shirt. I don't wear the competition shorts though, I usually wear dark grey shorts with the white shirt, and some khaki colored shorts with the dark shirts. I'm wearing the black and red barricades, which don't necessarily go with the clothes, but I can't stand light colored shoes.

Don't the new Adidas A3's match? I could be wrong but I thought the color listed as "gray" by TW was mercury...not that I'm suggesting you buy these as the A3 isn't very durable. Right now I'm wearing the Barricade III in black. I wear them with everything...my Mercury stuff as well as Punjab (black) and Nemesis (a dark purplish gray) from the past couple of years. While I am in Adidas head-to-toe, I often have on mixed matched colors from different years.
