adidas outsole warranty questions

hey, i have two questions on the adidas shoes warranty.
1. do i need to go online and get a confirmation number like i do with nike or will just the warranty thing that came in the box work?

2. does adidas even do the warranty anymore, i bought a new pair of shoes and it didnt come with the warranty card that they used to come with.

1) NO. Just send them with a $8.30 check to the address you can find on TW site.

2) You don't need the card: Original receipt, check and shoes. Also, on the note where you specify your address, you may ask them for the color -- it may work, may not. It worked for me.
