If Federer, Nadal and Djokovic were equally skilled on all turfs and all at their peaks physically, then I am sure Nadal will emerge victorious.
He is physically superior to the other 2 guys.
At his peak physically he is Superman, the pinnacle of Tennis.

Only Gael Monfils (assuming he has equal skill) can compete with that Nadal.

Nadal and Monfils are the best tennis playing athletes of this century and Nadal is of all time.
