AG 4D 100 vs. BLX ProStaff 95 vs. Bio. 400 Tour vs. Blades?

A buddy of mine purchased one of my Prince Ozone Tour racquets the other day for his father. While I was giving him the specs I was surprised to find it was 16 grams lighter than my AG 4D 200 Tour racquets I'm currently using...always felt it played a little heavier than that.

Anyway it got me wondering what other racquets out there are around that 330 gram weight. Found several that fit the bill.

Just wondering if someone could give some opinions/comparisons between the following racquets and how they play in stock form:

- Dunlop AeroGel 4D 100
- Dunlop Biomimetic 400 Tour
- Wilson BLX ProStaff Six-One 95
- Wilson KBlade 98*
- Wilson BLX Blade 98*

Thanks for any insight you can give.

*I realize the two Blades aren't 330 grams but their balance seem to make them play around that weight. Also, due to a right hip injury (from workout program and tennis) I've been sidelined for a while...getting stir crazy...when that happens I start checking out different racquets online :)

I think you should dig out the RDS 002, put 3 grams at 12 and 10 grams at the top of the handle and call it done.

I really like my Dunlops 4D 100 after adding some lead tape at 2&10 and under the rubber band. I also changed the grip (Wilson K). Now it weights 338 grams and feels as solid and stable as the 12.3 Oz. plus racquets without being heavy.

The KBlade 98 was a sniper. It was really pinpoint on the accuracy side, and shots went how I wanted them to go.

The BLX ProStaff 6.1 95 is a bit more flexy feeling, definitely. I felt I got much more spin and power from this one (probably because I added more lead tape), and it is a very versatile racquet overall.

I personally liked the BLXPS 6.1 95 much more. It served a much better baseliner racquet than any other I've had. The material seemed to ensure that every shot was deliberate, solid, powerful. I loved the feel of this one over the KBlade. The KBlade just felt kinda sharp, like a knife, instead of powerful and solid, like a wall.

I didn't consider the specs because both my racquets are customized with lead tape. I don't see why people don't use lead tape more often.
