I was certain they weren't for sale, but I just happened to stumble upon this site... real thing or just a scam kind of thing?

The Photos are real (from original press release) but the shoes you would receive will not be real IMHO

The pictures are of the real thing as they're Under Armour stock photos. But the website selling these isn't legit. I own 3+ pairs but I'd love to grab a pair of those white and blue ones.

Clearly Barricade. but wouldn't Adidas sue UA for this violation of their product ?

Yes which is one of the reasons as to why you will never see the real deal offered to the public. With Under Armour getting out of the sport it’ll be interesting to see what Andy does when his contract expires at the end of this season.

underarmour made some nice tennis T-shirts that doesn't get soaked. I hope they keep making those

I don’t have a lot of good things to say about Under Armour’s foray into the sport of tennis. You’ll have trouble remembering another major company failing to capitalize on their sponsorship the way Under Armour has with Andy Murray. When he first joined the line they didn’t have his personalized line ready so they threw him in generic mix matched kits that looked downright silly. It took them forever to reverse engineer the Barricade 8’s forcing Andy to continue to play in Adidas free of charge. Smartly Adidas took to social media poking fun at Under Armour for their star tennis player continuing to play in Adidas gear. They’ve released few of Murray’s shirts and when they have it’s been without advertisement so you just have to go to their poorly designed website and search through it. They’ve released none of his shorts which is a true shame as I own a couple pairs of his personalized UA shorts and they’re fantastic. The tennis shorts I have bought off their website have been some of the worst I’ve bought from any brand that makes Tennis gear.

The one thing good thing I will say about them is their shirts hold up great. I bought the shirt design Andy wore in Munich and Madrid in 2015, have worn the hell out of it and it still looks brand new.

I’d imagine now that his contract is coming to an end, and Under Armour is ending their sponsorships with tennis players, that he’ll return to a brand like Fred Perry and similar to Federer and Djokovic work out a separate shoe deal with Adidas or some other brand.

Under Armour getting out of sports wear? Dang. The one pair of shorts (non-tennis specific) has good pockets that can fit 4 balls on one side, and the short is pretty comfy and ventilated.

Uniqlo and Djoker would be a close second.

I don’t think they’re getting out of sportswear in general, just reports are they’re stepping away from sponsoring players in the sport of tennis. Their ‘tennis line’ is the raid line which they had before sponsoring Andy and I’m sure they’ll continue to manufacture it after.

Are you talking about the center court shorts?

Of those ones I bought off the website were the raid line. How are the center court?
Oh, I didn’t like the raid line of shorts. Too cheap in material. The center court are the gladiator flex to me. They are comfortable yet last long. They aren’t as ‘thick’ as the gladiator flex.

You know a lot more about this stuff than myself Brinke but didn’t Uniqlo at least make a fair amount of Novak’s kits available on their website, Djokovic logo and all?
Yep, almost all of his designs were available (except for Wtf 12 and 15), just not every colorway. Not even close to what UA did with Murray. Awesome shoe collection btw. Those may be the only completely custom sneakers we'll be seeing for a long while.

That's what I remembered as well.

As for my shoe collection, I told my wife once I got a pair of his 2015 Davis Cup editions I'd quit collecting.. I'd probably be lying though.

Find one complete tennis outfit on the Under Armour website. NADA!

Did they ever retail the shirt Andy wore at Eastbourne?

skysports-andy-murray-tennis_4340492.jpg

No. That kit and the kit he wore at Queen’s the previous season were probably the two best kits Under Armour produced for Murray and neither was released to the public for sale. To be honest you could probably count on one hand the amount of Murray kits they did release to public for sale.

I give Castore credit, the kit Murray was in this morning was sharp and even though it’s crazy expensive it’s available for sale on their website.

I thought it looked good, too. Shame it never got a general release.

I have a pair of the patterned white with navy trim in size 12 US (11 UK / 46 EUR) which Andy left behind at a tournament...if you want a photo let me know.

Since Andy have been injured there's no mentioned of his gear on UA especially his Shoes.

Andy doesn’t have a deal with UA anymore. It expired on 31st Dec 2018. He wore Castore in Melbourne and annouced a long term deal with them in March. I guess he’ll wear UA shoes because that’s what he has in his stash at home and they were custom made. Think the Daily Fail ran a story about him wearing Nike shoes to help his hip rehab, but he wore Nike shoes in Brisbane and then switched back to his UA shoes in Melbourne. Details about the Castore partnership:
