Any Serve and Volleyers that use a semiwestern grip?

I've noticed that a lot of SV'ers have eastern grips and the more western grips are more towards the baseline. Any SVers that use a more western grip? It's pretty simple to switch from Western to continental, or at least it seems so.

Mahut and Rafter off the top of my head. I think Dent too.

Mauresmo. Technically she's an all-court player, but she has used quite a bit of serve and volley over the years. Schiavone also has done this. Both hit with heavy topspin.
