Dilemma....
As far as price goes, I can get the III's for just as cheap as the II... possibly cheaper, BUT.....
i've been reading the reviews and feedbacks on tw... and i'm getting the impression that the older model is better than the newer one.
Most of the changes in the III's mention... superior durability... better design, wider fit, and a lot more heavier.
I'm not too concerned about the durability, as long as it doesn't wear out in the first couple weeks, but I don't want the shoes to make me sluggish on the court. I want to be able to get to the drop shots and short balls without tripping over myself or running into the net... or tripping into the net.
My k-swiss right now are slightly big for me, and the sides are kind of tearing, so my last practice... I completely ate it and skid when sprinting for a drop ball, and also somehow got on the side of my shoes and hurt my ankle going for a wide ball. and... I need new shoes
