Becker vs. Edberg

These two were the great giants of tennis when I was growing up in the late 80s along with Ivan Lendl. From 1988 to 1990, Boris and Edberg contested 3 straight Wimbledon finals.
I was wondering how the rest of you feel on how they stack up against one another. My personal favorite has always been Becker. Even though Edberg beat Boris in 2 Wimbledon finals, Becker's huge win-loss record against Edberg (22-9, or something like that) is enough proof of his superiority for me.

I've got Becker as a very slightly better player at their peaks, despite the win/loss records.. After about 1994, though, he was clearly better. Overall, I think the win loss is 22-10.

That being said, Edberg was one of my favorite players of all time. I would rather watch him play than Becker any day. He was not just a great mover on the court, but a great sportsman, too.
