Best Hybrid Setup?

I am thinking about using a hybrid setup, and am wondering what you guys think is the best for playability, durability, etc.

tried poly/gut, good playability and durability, but hurt my elbow...
now using gut/multi, best in everything except durability....

I use BDE Preformance in the mains, Gosen sheep 17 in the crosses...

will gosen sheep in cross loose tension fast? are you having the same tension for both main and cross?
