This thread makes me mad as hell. I'm not near any city where serious tournaments take place. The closest thing I can think of around here is that Houston Clay Court tournament, which I've been to. I got to see James Blake absolutely beat himself in the finals a few years back, so it wasn't exactly entertaining.

For pro circuit (challenger or above), I would say Thomas Enqvist vs. Ramon Delgado at the Boca Challenger 2004. 6-7, 7-6, 6-3. Both guys were very serious and a lot of players were showing up to watch.
