Buyer Beware

I have noticed recently the default setting for shipping is now UPS Ground, regardless how much you spend. I deliberately increased my order to over $125 so I would qualify for 2nd day air shipping and did not recognize the new default. So, now my larger order is being shipped UPS ground. I hope someone at TW corrects this problem.

Hopefully, I can help clear some things up. I checked your order that you placed on Saturday. Due to your location, it is showing UPS ground because you are near one of our distribution centers. The order was broken in two orders (one is shipping from California and one is shipping from our Georgia location). They are both shipped out today and scheduled to arrive within the two day shipping (one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday). Apologies if this causes any confusion. Thanks, but is it policy for all orders to default to the first radio button (UPS Ground)? I did a trial run on a $100 order and it defaulted to UPS Ground when it qualifies for 2nd day Air.
