Semi-Pro
really? I find that hard to believe... to get to 4.0, you have to be taken some serious lessons, you cant hit at parks with your buddies and get to 4.0... I would think some pros would recommend that person a better racquet. but again, most highschool "ratings" are overrated.
why is that hard to believe that they use those racquets? who is to say that inorder to be a 4.0, you have to use a heavier racquet? Although i would also recomend them a heavier, player's racquet...they do fine with what they are using now. It all depends on what works for them. Example would be like nadal...he uses a heavy player's stick, but it is extremely light compared to other pro sticks...almost like a tweener if we put it on our non-pro level of weight in racquets...and yet he does fine.
I agree that you wont get to a 4.0 by hitting with friends...dont think i said that did i? You can certianly improve your game though, especially if you play with a partner that is slightly better then you are. Most impartant thing to to keep on playing...try finding different players of different levels. Or the best way would be to take lessons.
