I want to calibrate my Ektelon H, but I don't know how. Is it possible I can send one of you who has the manual can send me the manual? Someone already offered this to me, but I can't send this person an email via talk tennis.

I already have the Neos 1000 manual, the problem is the calibration on the Ektelon H must work slightly different, because I can't find the hole on the back of the locking lever, where I need to insert my allen wrench.

It may help to just understand how the lockout work so you can try to come up with your own procedure if you can't find the correct manual. If you know anyone in the USRSA I think they have all the manuals on line.

Anyway there is a catch that latched the lockout lever and as you pull tension on a string the whole Tensioner Gripper rocks on a pivot point. You can see this action if you just watch it. Then you need to adjust the catch higher if the tension is too high so it releases quicker. Lower the catch if the tension is too low so it release later. The adjustment screw usually has a set screw attached to it so this may help to identify where it is.
