Cincinnati Court Conditions 2013

How are the conditions this year? I haven't gotten to watch yet, and I haven't heard what the players are saying.
I do know it is a lot cooler this year than it usually is, but other than that how are things going? Is the court the same speed as usual, and is the bounce high or low?

Seemed to be a low bounce comparatively speaking IMO. Fairly quick aswell. Not good at comparing from memory.

Rennae Stubbs was talking about Samantha Stosur and she said the medium slow bounce of the Cincinnati courts favored Stosur's game. Before she said that, I assumed the courts were medium fast.

Stosur said the ball was moving quick through the air. Very quick.
