Comparison: Cyberflash vs. Premier Ace

Anyone have experience with both? Both probably the lowest priced reels for co-polys so I was wondering how they compare. I currently am using Cyberflash so what differences should I expect with Premier Ace. Also how do they come up with 30% more control as their advertisement/advantage?

I prefer PA over CF in the mains with multi crosses. It is lower powered and felt better in my racket. I think the better control is compared to Big Ace, which has noticeable more power.

My ranking of preference:
1) BA
2) PA
3) CF

I tried CF with my n90 in hybrids with multis and synguts. I can safely say I am not a fan of this string. I'm currently trying Poly Polar and I don't like it compared to Polylon SP. Perhaps I don't like Topspin's strings in general.

I am using alot of both these strings and it really depends what you are looking for? The premier ace is a good string and a lot lower powered which fits in with what i am after at the moment.

I'm looking for something that plays similar in feel to cyberflash but with less power and a little bit less stiff.

Premier Ace is probably a good one to try, but I like Competition Better myself. It's more expensive, but I think it lasts a bit longer. Of course if you don't break polys then that won't matter much. You could also try a hybrid.

How about Poly Polar?

Poly Polar is less stiff than CyberFlash, but are you sure it's, also, less powerful? Just asking.

Edit: Maybe, power is delivered in different ways by each one. I mean, there's no other poly out there that feels like Poly Polar. I'm guessing that CyberFlash (haven't tried it, yet) is crisp, in an Alu Power kind of way.

Yes, I'm sure. Thanks for asking.

Jbourne.

I have a reel of the Big Ace and the supplier sent me some of the Blue Gear and Premiere Ace. Have you tried the Blue Gear?
