Hi, I'm just wondering if the customer service it is still there. I sent 4 emails regarding the same matter ( shoes sole warranty)I did not get any answer at all in three days.
The TW customer service has been always outstanding, I don't know, maybe my emails went into the junk mail

Hi Aaron,
tomorrow morning will be fine, it's not such a huge deal....just a warranty shoes. Maybe next time I call directly in order to avoid late reply.
