anything else you know, because I wanna be as good as him and I will be able to do this if I have his racquet setup.

Thanks heaps Jura. I'm guessing its the O3 Tour MP? 320 unstrung would make it about ~335 right? I thought O3's were heavier than that...interesting all the same.

24kg is about 52 pounds.
Considering this frame is very very flexible, that would make it play very heavy as bothframe and stings flex a great deal.
One can see how he gets os much power on his serve and groundies though.

52 pound seems to be reasonable for those modern polyester strings like Luxilon. At too high tensions they feel just "boardy".

69.7 cm length - that's 69.7 / 2.54 = 29 inches. His raquet is a whole 2 inches longer than the stock version?

i have couple of his sticks
they are definietly extended (28''). I think he used to play with 27.5'' but as of last year he played with a whole inch longer.
I got his racuqets directly from Prince and that's what they told me. I also had some 27.5'' o3 tours that he was told to use before he switched to 28''

Try again. 69.7/2.54 = 27.44
It looks longer to me. I would have guessed 28 too.

Does anyone know if Davydenko uses a stock prince replacement grip on his racquet? It looks like it because its just plain black...it doesn't look like he uses any overgrip. Of course I can be totally wrong.

that makes sense, jura. I was told that he started with 27.5'' and then went full 28'' which he uses right now

Hey

M4107 are you willing to sell me one of your 28 in o3's? I don't really care what the weight is as long as it is a 28 in o3 tour. If you are willing please email me at georgeteo@gmail.com and we can work out the details.

Thanks alot!

PS: I will check this thread often so tell me here if you are willing to sell if first because if you email it to me there is a possibility that your email will go to my junk mail. Thanks Again!!

davydenko's racquet

he does use an o3 tour 27.5 in. frame with an ra rating near 70, much different than the stock 03 tour, also much heavier. i have a couple of his frames that are standard length.....

What kind of string is PolyStar Energy in terms of durability, playability. And could you possibly compare it to another string. Thanks.

what is the balance of his racket in pts? i dont how to calculate whe head lightness by just getting the balance. thanks.

1/8 of an in = .3175 cm = 1 pt hl

so even balance would be
69.7 / 2 = 34.85

difference between even and current balance is
34.85 - 32.1 = 2.75

so to find pts hl
2.75 / .3175 = 8.66 pts hl

I'm not sure if this is strung or unstrung
