Defect Return

So my local shop has successfully processed a claim on my CB 4.3's (heel was bubbling out where the air pocket is, much like a previous poster claimed).

A new pair will be in in a few days. With this new pair should come a new 6 month outsole guarantee, since my old pair was returned off a defect, not on warranty. Do I then need to have my shop make me a makeshift receipt for these in case I need to use the warranty in 6 months? My old shoes were purchased 4 months ago so clearly that receipt wouldn't work for my new pair.

Thoughts?

No.
You need the receipt in order to claim warranty.
Does not matter whether you claim your first pair as defective or outsole warranty. Probably you will have same air max problem like your first pair.
CB 4.3 air max system is the worst for me.
Very strange that I've never had airmax problems before.

So basically I need the shop to produce me with a receipt of purchase if I ever need to return these new shoes for warranty.

Not sure how they will do this with an exchange, legally...
