Deltoid Twitch

OMG, I'm freaking out. I read an article about Lou Gherig recently and in it his muscles were described as twitching when he removed his shirt.

Has anyone here ever had the twichies in their shoulder muscles? How long did it last? Did it go away on its own?

A friend of mine had deltoid twitches as a result of a pinched nerve in his neck. This guy does a lot of kick boxing and has taken a bunch of blows to the head and neck, albeit wearing headgear, but neck still absorbing the blow. His condition got a lot worse and he ended up having corrective neck surgery, but I bet deltoid twitches are pretty common and would usually go away on their own.

Thankfully it went away on its own. whew. This wasn't the first time I'd had it, just that is lasted almos the entire day, yesterday.
