Demos and orders

ok if i want to demo some rackets i have to pay 11.50 for 4 . they arent charging me for the racket but they are charging for the shipping. now if they are charging me for shipping. wuold it be free if i buy stuff worth more than 75$. like say i get 90 dollars worth of stuff. and i also want to demo 4 rackets. wuold the demos be for free or will it cost a extra 11.50.?
