yeh, the difference in power and control is notable. and it goes both ways. this can either be a good thing or bad thing. but 5 sq inches wont be that drastic of a change compared to say 10 or 15 sq inches.

Going from 95 sq inches to 100 sq inches is a big difference not just because of the head size but also the beam width is generally wider on most 100 square inch racquets. If you like a more control oriented racquet go with the 95 but if you prefer slightly more power and spin go with the 100.

Are you looking at two specific racquets with those head sizes? You can get a lot of different sorts of performance in either size depending on the other spec's in the frame including weight, flex, etc. My 100 sq. inch NXG mp has some weight and some flex with an open string pattern and that frame is a spin factory while my 95 sq. inch ProStaff 6.1 Classic is more stiff with only slightly more weight. It gives me more pop and for S&V action, it's pure evil.

Either head size can potentially have lots of power, control, spin, etc., but because the string lengths on the larger heads are longer, I often find more liveliness in them and I usually need higher tension to get the same control that I enjoy with the smaller heads.
