I use Yonex RDX500 mid.
But i am confused about the spec. in Yonex.
It shows 4 1/4 , recommended tension is 50-60.
4 3/8, recommended tension is 55-65.

ie. the bigger hand have more power??
Or any different points in different grip size??

At least in the past, the smaller Yonex grip sizes weighed less than the size 4 or size 5 frames, hence the lower string tension recommendations.

sounds like one of your frames is an oversize and the other is a midplus or something along thoes lines....

yup. Yonex does that. I bought an RD-ti 50 used so that was my first experience with this. it was a 4 1/4 so I had to build it up to make it like the rest of my RD-ti 50s which are 4 1/2 grip. the new addition was considerably lighter and felt nothing like the others.
it also says 50-60 while the rest of mine say 55-65, ho bizarre.
yet still the same 95 sq-inch frame and 27" long, so once you build up the grip and use some lead tape you should have no problem getting that RDX500 to your like.
good luck man.
