Perhaps it's the pressure of having to defend almost every huge tournament from here until May?

It's difficult to find rhythm against a player like Isner. It must be frustrating to know that any opportunities you make for yourself against Isner or Karlovic can be taken away in milliseconds.

But I do think Isner has more game than Karlovic.

17 aces against the best returner on tour? That's simply incredible.

And, yeah, everyone struggles with Isner in one way or another. But he's definitely much better off the ground than Karlovic.
