Do you listen to music when practicing/warming up?

Anyone have their MP3 player on either while practicing, warming up, getting ready for a match? If so, what kind of tunes? Do you listen to fast music to get you pumped up, or mellow stuff to calm you down?

Me, I listen to some 90's hip-hop, or some fast rock, e.g. Incubus.

It's just a phone that can play music through its speakers.

I put it in my pocket and bang away.

If you're just hitting serves by yourself, I completely understand. I wouldn't do it myself, but I wouldn't find it nearly as ridiculous as playing against someone while listening to headphones or ear plugs, which is what I thought you were discussing!
