I bought the Babolat Propulse 3's a few months ago. I play 2-3 times a week and would consider myself rough on the shoes because of the number of balls I get to. How do I know when I can send them back to TW for replacement?

They are:

1. The ball of my foot (front half of the sole) is worn flat (no tread)
2. The heel (bottom half of sole) is almost worn flat.
3. There is much wear on outside of shoe from dragging feet
4. They stink! hahah

When can I send them back, is the policy posted somewhere?

if there are any spots where there are holes in the upper or where the midsole is showing and not the outsole
