I don't know what your talking about. Many Eagnas customers have come back very happy and got a great machine. It's just people who haven't bought one from them and one person got a bad one out of all the machines they make and suddenly everyone turns against Eagnas. It's dumb. I'm perfectly fine with my machine.

I feel the same way, many people who talk down has never bought/owned one and then there are those who recieved a malfunctioning unit, but when you have thousands coming out of assembly line there is bound to be a bad batch. In any case I as well as others is very happy with their machines. I have had no problems, everything went well from the start. Customer service is a little rough, but I am very satisfied and I will continue to defend this company until I have a reason not to. The quality may depend on the model being bought, but mine is very good. I have a combo 910 btw...

Most of the Eagnas crank buyers seem to be happy. But when you are evaluating customer satisfaction you must consider the sample group. I know this will stir things up, but I don't know how else to put it, Eagnas buyers seem to be bottom-fishers looking for the lowest possible price for the same features found on other machines as their sole criterion. So satisfaction is commensurate with expectations. Not slamming them, as they seem to be happy with their machines.

No company can have 82 models have them all be successful. Some models seem to have better rate of users satisfaction, and you should fully research the model you are considering.

Bottom line like Il Mostro said, they are the lowest priced machine, and you get what you pay for. Quality, finish, customer service, R and D - all cost money. Eagnas import machines and sells them probably with a very small profit margin (just a quess). Competition from them probably keeps the big guns in check from raising their prices.

Yup... almost all budget stringing machines are made in Taiwan and are quite good.

When I was first in the market for a stringing machine I thought long and hard about buying from Eagnas. I decided not to and instead went with Alpha. I paid $800 for the Axis Pro and Excellent customer service.

Looking back on my decision I probably would not do things the same. I have been very happy with my machine but I could have had the same machine for $400 (flex 940) from eagnas. I didn't do it because of the poor reviews I read on Eagnas. I just now realize that the worse that could've happened is I would've had to invest some money to fix whatever might have malfunctioned (if anything at all) on the Eagnas. I doubt I would have spent another $400 fixing it. So I should have just taken the risk.

With the money left over I could have purchased the Wise 2086 and had constant pull. (which I'm planning to do this christmas anyway)

This machine SUCKS, I bought it before I new any better. Just take my advice, and do not buy this, or any other electronic machine from Eagnas.

This is an example. Sucks compared to? A prince $2,000 machine? Sure of course it does.
I have the hawk 20e, it's great, cost me like $280 bucks with shipping. I have strung 300-400 times and have had it for a year now. It's great, I haven't had an issues other than the floating clamps they give you suck, but just buy new ones and your fine. Don't listen to this kid, these machines work great and I love my electronic machine.
