Hello I have recently bought one of these stringers and as I was trying to string on it for the first time and tension off the string the string gripper doesn't lock it only continues to pull the string. I actually ended up popping string due to me trying to tension over and over again. I've looked through the forums and seen a few more people with the same issue. Does anybody either have the manual(for this or the Prince neos 1000) or any assistance in what I should do?
