Elbow pain not TE or GE

I am experiencing some pain in elbow. I do not think it is TE or GE because the pain is coming from around the tip of the elbow and there is no pain from picking things up (like a gallon of milk). The pain is more prevent when I straighten the elbow or flex the bicep. I really bothers me on the serve. Does anyone know what my issue might be and what I can do about it?

Check your arm extension. Hold both arms out in front of you, palms facing up. Can you straighten both arms fully and equally? If not, you probably have a tight bicep muscle, or tight arm muscles in general. It causes elbow pain, and pain during tennis because your arm is wanting to fully extend.

I have the same problem and it's very difficult to fix.

Thank you for the reply GRANDSLAM45. I tried the test that you suggested and had no issues with straighten the arm.
