NBC: 10 am in all time zones (= west coast is SCREWED again)

ESPN has apparently changed their schedule and will broadcast both semis, complete, on tape delay in the afternoon.

I thought it was 10am PST on both NBC and ESPN2 AT THE SAME TIME for us poor souls on the West Coast? Meaning we get screwed again like last year! One semi on NBC and one semi on ESPN2, but since they'll be on at the same time, we have to pick and choose which one to watch but we can't see both. Same stupid thing happened last year.

It looks like it's going to rain and postponed until saturday afternoon in Paris time.
Then west coast will get it LIVE.... hopefully...

the French tv has just launched a serial by announcing the beginning of the matches at 2h15. but I am not sure that the matches can start. I live very close to Roland garros and the champs elysees, and large storms are bursting with flashes since 12.

Looks like they will be playing the semis simultaneously when the rain clears, with Federer-Nadal on Chatrier and Davydenko-Puerta on Lenglen.

Who said that? That would be horrible...wouldn't get to see it on tv live...oh well. What matters is the match.

Well, it's not confirmed, but it's been done before, and both semis have to get played today, really, so it's only fair.

I'm in CST also. Look, people, I've got to go into work SOMETIME today. Let's get the marquis match of the tournament on the road. Enough of the Today Show. Batter up or whatever.

it would be nice if NBC/ESPN showed Davydenko/Puerta instead of Nadal/Ferrer for the 3rd time. The Can French channel is showing D/P live on ESPN International.

er...im on the east coast? whens this damn match START?

When the other semi-final finishes, unless they take some other decision due to adverse weather conditions and start it on a different court.

why should these networks think nobody will watch it at 7 AM in the west coast. I took off today from work just for this and its stupid that I might have to watch tape delay.

good job NBC, why don't you show the Davydenko-Puerta match that IS ACTUALLY GOING ON NOW instead of a tape of the Nadal-Ferrer quarterfinal.
AHHHH!!!

what would the chances be of the nadal-federer match showing straight after the davydenko/puerta match finishes?

its late here in Australia (passed midnight) and im thinking about going into town somewhere to watch the match cause i don't have cable tv at home. I wont' be too happy if it's cancelled or something when i go..

I am in the same boat as you. I took off to see the semis, especially Nadal/federer. Too bad about the rain delay but the worst is that NBC is giving us the results of the davydenko match. Once I know the results of a match, I lose interest in watching it. I am not going to watch the davydenko match on espn because nbc will tell us the results and mark my words, nbc will also show, on the screen, the bracket of the draw showing the winner of the davydenko match vs the winner of the nadal match. Therefore, muting the tv will not help either. Nbc has ruined matches like this from time to time over the years. It just sucks that on this rainy day, which I took off from work, half of my pleasure has been shot to hell by nbc. I can only hope that the Nadal/Federer match alone will be very close, very long and worth taking the whole day off from work.
