K90 not very stable on volleys?

Attacking the net, Federer must have felt the Nike swoosh on his shirt was supplanted with a bulls-eye as Gonzalez blistered a backhand with such force it rattled Federer's Wilson racquet; the ball fell harmlessly into net

you cannot return every volley right? :) besides, its not the K90, because federer's been using that same racquet practically for the last several years...just gets a touch-up every 2-3 years (pj) :)

Federer is using the same racquet as always. The only difference for him is a paintjob. Its not like he gotta wait for the racquets to arrive in TW-stock *laughs* :)

volley % will drop if the one blasting balls at u is Gonz

notice how Fed was also hitting some FHs long during AO finals- not easy to control big FH shots from Gonz

One interesting note is that everyone is talking how the K90 is not as good at the net as the PST90 or N90

I actually thought it played better than the 85. As for the ncode 90>> I didn't like that racquet at all at net. Just my 2 cents.

As for Fed against Gonzo, he played really well at net. I just saw that match again, and he was sticking a lot of volleys for outright winners, and on some really tough shots from Gonzo.

Wow. What a crap semi-trolling post - the contention in that article is in no way a comment on the racquet, and I feel you know this....

Of course, if you truly believe it - care to tell me what racquet Fed had all of that massive success at the net with in that match? Switched to a PS85 for those volleys did he?
