Fila Alphas - most comfortable shoe on the face of the planet

These shoes just blow every other shoe out of the water in the comfort department . It's really like walking on pillows.

I did a test of : asics resolution, asics challenehr, adidas barricade V, Yonex 306,

The Filas are just so far and away the most comfortable .

I only tried the alpha 2. I have a high arch and wide feet and I love them. I also put in orthotics....a spenco high arch support.

Even tennis mag and tenniswarehouse gave them high marks for comfort. Tennis warehouse even has a video review of the shoe .This is the most important quality in a tennis shoe for me.

They did not score well in durability and some other areas.....but if comfort and cushioning is important for you then look no further. This is the best.

^^I'm not disagreeing (haven't tried the shoe), but I suspect you're going to get some, how should I say, incredulous posters and Nike and Adidas fan boys and girls.

It's only my personal opinion . a lot of people may disagree and they would not be wrong. Hell , some people may even hate them and that would be ok as well. There is no right answer and everyone feet and opinions are different .

I'm just letting everyone know that I personally was blown away by these shoes and I think it's worth a try.

They also happen to be the absolute greatest clay court shoe ever made IMO .

I once read that Agassi used grass court shoes at the FO becaise it stopped them from sliding and made clay at like a hard court for him.

The FO theN made it legal for Andre to play with the shoes because they said it tore up the courts.

Anyway , ever since I heard about this I have been playing with Fils Torneo gRass court shoes. This year however , the Fila Alfas became the official Wimbledon shoe!

I have bought them as well ( white and green ....very cool amd
classic). I use them exclusively on clay and all I cam say is WOW!!! My game has gone up a level on clay becaise of it!!

Despite what you guys use for hard courts you must get the Alpha grass court shoes for clay.....you will
not believe the difference it will make in your game.

I want to like these but a low score on toe durability is bad. However they have a 6 month guarantee. They will have to improve this or they will lose money big time on the replacements.
