Given that it may be possible,You have to beat the big four..

It is assumed to be possible to transfer you to the body of a second tier player of your choice(Berdych,Tsonga e.t.c) and you are retaining his physical abilities and skills yet your intellect and mentality is intact. You have to beat(or be competitive against) the big 4 at their best slams(Assumed possible)

What kind of tactics will you use? Which aspect of the players' game will you use differently than how the real one uses it?What weakness in your opponent will you seek to exploit?Which wing will you serve to mostly? Will you try to play with conservative aggression or just try to blow them off the court?

I don't think the second tier players you have mentioned left any stone unturned in terms of tactics. Just that they weren't good enough to beat them consistently.
None of the posters can come up with something ingenious which hasn't been tried yet (especially considering the posters are allowed to retain the exact same physical skills without adding anything more).

Delpo is the one. If he hadn't had such an injury punctuated career he would have made life uncomfortable for Fedalovic and he would have been the 4th beatle surplanting Murray - or maybe just formed what certain media outlets would refer to as tennis' big 5.

abuse MTOs, abuse TUEs, take 1 hour to serve every point, grunt as loud and as drawn out as possible

Wouldn't work, they'd get a warning like Cilic did in the AO QF  Different rules for different players.

Tactics against Djokovic are to play him different pace shots, like Simon did in the 100 UE match. Unfortunately Berdych, Ferrer and Cilic lack the skillset to do this. Remember Santoros win over Djokovic? That style of player is not Djokovics cup of tea,

Tactics against Nadal are to do what Tsonga did in AO 2008 or Gonzalez in AO 2007. Cilic and Berdych theoretically have the right game but haven't been able to execute it often. Ferrer has no chance, if you're Ferrer you're screwed.

Tactics against Federer are hit to the backhand!!! Has anyone ever tried anything else vs Fed

Murrays a tricky one, he's got the tools to deal with serve bots, big hitters and he can mix the pace up as well as anyone. Look to take advantage of second serves and play a fair amount to the forehand.

Berdych actually did quite well against Federer during a period of several years around probably 2010-12. He played with a lot of pace, was reading and crushing Fed's second serve and won a number of times.

G.O.A.T.
Fed - hit every ball to his BH
Nadal - see above
Djokovic - chip balls short, forcing him to come in - pass/lob as required
Murray - abuse 2nd serve; hit every ball to his FH

Against...

Federer
Try everything possible to make him hit one more shot. Never let him dictate the rallies.

Nadal
Try everything to disrupt his rhythm by keeping rallies as short as possible. Encourage him to play offensively.

Djokovic
Try using the full court with variety and pace/spin change. Bring him to the net.

Murray
Hold on until the eventual self-berating shows up. He’s happiest hitting neutral balls and gets very down on himself with errors.

Pretty much on point.

Against Djoker if he puts u in an awful spot you're better off just lobbing up a prayer to make him hit an OH that sending a weak ball he can put away. He finishes groundstrokes inside the baseline and even volleys at a much better rate than he hits overheads.

Yip.

We can try to be even more concise:

Federer
Slow him down.

Nadal
Hurry him up.

Djokovic
Make him look up.

Murray
Feed until eventual self-combustion.

Djokovic: Easy win, lob extremely high balls and win 6:0 6:0, having forced him to hit 57 UE's by attempting overheads.

Nadal: Start match 150% and hit huge to intimidate him, then kick over his perfectly placed bottles when hes not watching, he starts doubting himself a bit after you play 150% hitting huge and then seeing his bottles he will think the gods are against him and he is destined to lose, so easy win, first set 3:2, retirement by Nadal due to back and knee problems.

A more accurate and concise guide to beat some of the greatest players ever has never been written :)
