If you don't have a racquet handy, you can also measure your grip size using a ruler. With your hand open and fingers extended close together, align the ruler with the bottom lateral crease of your palm and measure to the tip of your ring finger.

Does this mean from bottom lateral crease of your palm to your middle finger (aka your longest finger)? Mine measures 5 and a half inch so when order what kind of Grip/Head Size Availability should i get? This is for the Head protector racket.

Also my mate is ordering another racket and his finger are normal size..
which one should i get for general use?
Mid+ (3/8)
Mid+ (1/2)

ok what does 1/2 or 5/8 or 3/8 mean?

yeah 1 is smallest 5 is biggest.

Most people are 3 or 4 and very few either side of that

So when you said: ok what does 1/2 or 5/8 or 3/8 mean? It really mean 4 1/2, 4 5/8 5 3/8 grip sizes which are above as i stated
