Head speed pro grommet/frame question. Suspicious sunken in string into frame.

My stringer told me today that one of my Head speed pro looked suspicious in the most outer of the mains in the bottom part. Looks like the string has eaten a bit of the frame but not sure. Could be grommets that have given up between string and frame or what? Or is the frame on it’s way out? Raquet 1-2 years old. The other frames look normal. Has anyone had any experience of similar things?
Going to order new grommets fir all racquets anyway. I love the racquet btw

Could very well be. You don’t think the frame itself have caved in a bit? Looks suspicious. Shouldn’t happen on a new frame? Since I didn’t see it unstrung I can’t tell.

The grommets on the last mains often come out at a really extreme angle. What I would do it put in a Fitex grommet and use a Flare-it it flare out the grommet. Yes, a string can cut into the frame like that.

but it’s not normal behavior on a fairly new racquet? (360+ version) I’ve never come across it in any racquet I have ever owned.
