Help, Please!

Informative site, very nice!

First post, and I'm already asking for help. I'm looking into picking up a pro-stock radical (either a 260.1 or 260.2) after a short hit with a pro-stock Volkl C10. I've been using an Aeropro Drive original, and will likely stick to it as my main racquet. Tried the 2013 and it really did a number on my wrist and forearm, so not a fan at all.

Loved the way I was able to tie-into the ball with the C10, both on my FH and BH. Tried the IG Radical Pro and really didn't care for it much, at least not over the Aeropro. Am I crazy to consider the 260.1 or 260.2?

The 260.1 is a pro stock YT Radical MP. Why not just buy one of those? Are you planning on setting it up in a special way that you couldn't do with the retail stick? There's a customizer here named Geoff that will build whatever you want off retail frames.

Yes, good point. Found one that is basically the cost of the retail version, so figured it would at least be easier to sell at either a profit or a smaller loss. Have to say, more interested in the 260.2.

Thanks for your help.

260.2s are relatively hard to find (I have two of them) and you'd probably want a matched set if you're going to use it as your regular frame. The difference is just the string pattern - do you think that it's going to make a big difference in your game? Pro Stocks are actually relatively cheap these days. I think that it has something to do with the economy in Europe. Once you get your frames, would you have them customized or use them as is? The setups can vary quite widely on Pro Stocks and it can cost a few bucks to get them setup the way you like them. I wouldn't count on a big resale value if you need to get rid of them in a particular time frame - the market might be soft.

I really appreciate your help, and the good advice. I've read this board for awhile, and financial prudence is rarely recommended. So maybe a Tec 315 Ltd. then? Again, I just hated the I.G. Radical Pro.
