How to search on mulitple words

Does anyone know how to search a forum on mulitple words? I know you can list the words in the search but I want it to only find posts that include all the words in my search. For example: If I search on "Anna" and "Jones" I want it to find only posts with Anna & Jones.

[ananda]

"anna*jones"

The above failed to show even itself in the result !

I tried "anna+jones" and that seems to work fine. This and the previous 2 posts will come and a bunch of others.
