Hybrid Question

I bought a reel of gosen og 17 syn gut and am looking to hybrid it with a soft polyester.

Been trying to find a string that has plenty of feel, not stiff, decent amount of power (but of course less than the syn gut) and preferably cheap.

I find stuff like MSV way too stiff and dead.

Gosen Polylon SP 17 looks good to me currently.

Any ideas?
