Bu!!**** . . . This racquet has never been strung.
. . . Bud
$400 on Bay...LOL
Does Safin come with the racket? The TGK (Made in China) is not worth more than the PT57 for example...
Good luck Mr. seller...
Two for that price is OK though...
Welcome to the thread.
Maybe the Moderator (one you're replying to) deleted "for sale" replies???
Think and read the details before you post
LOOK AT THE GROMMETS MORON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
lots of watchers though!
I don't live on these forums, so I don't know every thing posted to to second.
I just get a little ticked if someone is trying to help out another member and the censor train rolls in.
SO -- you are LYING on the Bay listing???
you should read it again, again its never been strung why would i say that please look at the photos. of the 4 that i had 1 was strung that one my nephew uses, its also the one i hit with to test the feel.Just thought I would point it out that on your *bay listing you have said that it is unstrung yet when someone on this forum said that it was unstrung you disagreed. Not trying to start a fight just thought I would point it out.
cheers

i have over 40 or so collectible brand new bats 2 more wont hurt.
What? You were able to get a safin racquet without even a crack in it? :O hhahahah
I just checked some pics on Getty. The plastic collar is not there on his MGPM. Is it safe to assume he no longer uses the PC600???
The plastic collar doesn't mean anything. All that is on the racquet is the pallot. P1 probably makes a custom handle for him anyway.
I am confused. Is the plastic collar not part of the PC600?
NOT Safin's stick, I feel bad for the guy bidding over 200.00 for it on ****. Although it's worth the money if that's the frame you want, you would not be purchasing a frame that was intended for Marat. This frame is not a PaintJob frame. It's a pro stock Microgel. Very different from a PC 600 painted.
Interesting to see however that Marat has finally given up on the brown collar at the top of is handle, which was still present durring is LM pj days.
haha I its fake. I'll give you $20 for it so I can look at it though.

Ipitythefool, it looks like an authentic PT10!
Do you know the racquet's spec?-length, weight, balance point, dynamic inertia?
Racquetcraft-
I have a question regarding pt10s. The pro stock prestige mids that were pre flexpoint, for example the liquidmetal. How do you tell if it is indeed a pt10. Or are all of them?

You would have to take the pallets off and it would say underneath (on the hairpin). Just like it says on my LM Radical PJ of a PT57A
Very difficult indeed!!!.There was a time that certain racquet companies like Head didn't want the public to know that these racquets existed. Once the hairpin is cut, the code disappeared!!
That code was intended to assist the customizers in their pro rooms and pro customizers. So, if you are thinking of buying a racquet from someone who claims that it is a PT57 or PT10 frame pre-dating the flexpoint cosmetic, make sure to validate the source of that racquet and ideally, ask your vendor for pictures of the pre-cut hairpin and specifically pictures of the uncut handle where the codes were stamped, if possible.
For those who may be interested, take a look at posts #13 and 14 made by dr325i and myself on 08-29-2009 under the Wilson H2 K-blade post in this Pro Equipment section. The pictures of the PT57A frame in that auction on the big auction site clearly shows where the code of a PT57A on the the uncut hairpin with the LM Radical cosmetic is situated.

RC,
It is standard 27", 370 gr strung, didn't check the bal pt and don't know wht dynamic inertia is. If that means stiffness or flex rating, I could say it feels pretty much the same as a Prestige Tour 600 I have, which is like 58-60. (sorry, i dont have the knowledge of a tuner! or else i could have fixed my now-sold pdrgt+s just the way i like) Also the weight is exactly the same as my PT600s, 370 grams, however it plays completely different due to layers of lead hidden under the bumper, visible very slightly from the opening at 12o'clock, and the sili in handle.
One very interesting fact about this racquet is, even the string job was PJ'ed!
Basically the racquet originally had a Kirschbaum x Bab VS gut strings in it. And an "X" stencil, which is Pacific. So I didnt check the strings but I thought it was Pacific gut. Only when I broke the poly, I realized that, the cross string was not Pacific gut..but VS!
Btw- I (and I am sure most others) would be delighted to see pics of the Liquidmetal Instinct PT10 hairpin you have!
